AMADA Manufacturing Innovation Center @ PDPM IIITDM-Jabalpur

Amada President Mr. Mitsuo Okamoto donated two models of sheet-metal processing machines AE255NT & RGM23512 Press Brake with AP100 software, to Pt. Dwarka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jabalpur on 5th December 2012. The donated machine value is worth Rs. 3.5 Crore.

PDPM IIITDM-Jabalpur is shortly starting a course on sheet-metal fabrication, utilizing Amada Machines.

Central Government official s from PDPM IIITDM-Jabalpur and Board members from Amada Co. Ltd. Japan officially announced that the newly launched facility would be named "Amada Manufacturing Innovation Center."

 

 


This is the second contribution from Amada Group to India’s premier technical institutes.

Previously Amada had donated a set of sheet-metal processing machines, including a laser cutting machine, with high end Press Brake to Indian Institute of Technology-Chennai (IIT). As a platinum sponsor, Amada also supported the global alumni conference (Pan IIT) of IIT held annually. We will continue to make appropriate contributions to advance India's sheet metal processing industry.
